Reviews not loading in my widget
Your widget loads but shows no reviews, or shows a loading spinner indefinitely.
1. Google Business Profile not connected
The widget can only show real reviews after you connect your Google Business Profile. Until then it shows sample reviews (or nothing if you've turned off sample reviews).
Connect your Google account →2. Reviews haven't synced yet
After connecting Google, your reviews sync automatically within a few hours. You can also trigger a manual sync from the Reviews page.
Go to Reviews page →3. Minimum rating filter too high
If your minimum rating is set to 5 stars and you have no 5-star reviews, the widget will show nothing. Lower the minimum rating filter in the Widget customiser.
Open widget customiser →4. No location selected
If your Google Business Profile has multiple locations, you need to select the correct one. Go to Connect → your Google account → select a location.
